GOOD NEWS FLASH: As of May 31, 2013, and since July 2010, this micro-mission website has had more than 19,900 unique guests, and more than 8,690 of these guests have put cTc.tv in their favorite places! Many guests, four out of every ten, are re-visiting cTc.tv, praise the Lord! More than 461,000 hits (not counting search engines). One out of every ten guests stay on the site more than 30 seconds, and the average linger time is almost two minutes!

|Mission: The mission of Christians That Care and Churches That Care using the global reach of http://cTc.tv is:
1. To strengthen the local Christian church response to the call of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
2. To foster the first steps by the otherwise unreachable lost in their transition from wondering about God to acceptance of Jesus Christ as their savior.
3. To make it quick and easy for any and all to learn about and to connect with exceptional local Christian churches throughout the United States of America.
Situation: Each day, at a totally unpredictable time and place, yet in close proximity to most every local church, random individuals arrive at the point in their life when they decide to change their choice(s) on how to use their life.
Vision: The vision is to steadily plant ideas so that when ready, the individual thinks of going to church. No matter what city they are in, they can simply recall the initials on the logo screen, jingle and from the core messages: cTc and tv. Then they go to cTc.tv to explore web sites and select a nearby church to visit.
Core Message: Change the choice(s) for dealing with life’s issues. Choose to change from escapes such as addictions and gratifications that eventually have adverse consequences. Instead: Come to Christian churches that care!
Focus: The focus is on the lost, de-churched, and un-churched. Seek the one out of ten that will not be reached by traditional and conventional outreach methods. Those also served would include seekers and relocating, mobile and wandering Christians. Connect them with local Christian churches that care.
Strategy: Pool modest resources from Christians that care and churches that care to:
1. Maintain an ongoing, threshold awareness, mass media campaign.
2. Use media such as billboards locally as funding/sponsorships/gifts permit, and use proprietary media acquisition strategy to optimize cost effectiveness and results.
3. Build awareness in the community of a primary web site, http://cTc.tv, to go to when life’s issues stress one to the point of wondering about or seeking God.
4. Provide http://cTc.tv as a fast and easy way to locate nearby exceptional churches, to learn about them from their web site, and to encourage a first visit.
Churches That Care: Exceptional Christian churches for first time visitors and the transition of the lost to being saved. These local churches are those that are nominated and/or meet the qualification criteria (by proclamation or research). Their focus on the Holy Bible and Great Commission is confirmed over time by feedback from responders that use the cTc.tv church location and selection service.
This is an alliance of individual Christians and responsive local churches that transcend sectarian differences in response to the Great Commission.

That one day ALL local Christian churches are so effective (and exceptional) that ANY first time guest (or visitor, or seeker, or wanderer, or wonderer, or .... ) will willingly want to return to that church. Not only that, but as they read and understand their Holy Bible, they listen to the word from the pulpit (or altar, or stage, or side of a mountain, or shore of a lake or ocean, or whatever and whenever .... ) and they experience the 24/7 life of the leadership and the congregation, i.e. the local church, all are found to be consistent with the Word. The vision is that we all live joyfully as we reflect upon the lessons from His Son, His Love (a love that is beyond human understanding) and the ultimate Integrity of the God, in whom we place our faith and trust.
For prayerful reflection, perhaps just consider this question: "Is a building that is used for religious purposes really the Christian church?"
